Account Executive - Gaming Publisher

Our client is a fast growing, web based digital media company offering gaming solutions via a universal platform, across any network, to any Internet-enabled device.
We're assisting this client with a search for an Account Executive. This position is based out of the Chicago office and will drive revenue for our client's online gaming division.
Responsibilities
- Generate ad sales revenue from digital ad agencies and advertisers.
- Respond to agency and client RFP's.
- Educate clients on the benefits of the gaming division from an advertising perspective.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline that includes advertisers, agencies and partners.
- Create strategic revenue generating programs such as innovative and custom sponsorships and new content initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as games marketing, product and business development and technical teams to achieve ad sales and new product objectives.
- Build sales pipelines and forecasts.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE - at least 7-years of experience in an online advertising-related environment.
- MUST HAVE - a minimum of 3 years experience in an online advertising sales role with a proven ability to hit revenue goals.
- MUST HAVE - an established Rolodex of clients - digital agencies and advertisers.
- Ability to generate new business in a fast paced environment.
- Polished presentation and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem solving.
- MUST HAVE - BA/BS degree(s).
- Experience working on MS Office applications.
